- Intermediate time horizon
- Willing to accept some degree of stock market fluctuation while balancing the portfolio with bonds
Moderately Conservative portfolios will temper the emphasis on growth with a greater concentration on fixed income investments.
- Intermediate time horizon
- Cash flow or stability of portfolio value become more important
Conservative portfolios seek income as a primary objective, with a secondary emphasis on capital growth.
- Short to intermediate time horizon
- Willing to accept lower returns in exchange for a lower degree of portfolio volatility
